Jobven is a job posting API built from the data infrastructure I created for MapleStack.
The Backstory
MapleStack aggregates thousands of Canadian tech jobs by scraping directly from employer career pages. After building and refining that system - handling the scrapers, normalizing data, keeping everything fresh - I realized other developers could use the same infrastructure.
Rather than everyone solving the same hard problem (reliable job data collection), I packaged what I'd built into an API. Jobven gives developers access to the same quality data that powers MapleStack.
